After the trouble and resolution with NJoy I decided to hold my tongue on my problem with Smart Fixx.

Now I am happy to disclose the problem and resolution:

I really hate to split hairs, but when I received the batteries you shipped it did not take long to determine that it was NOT what I had ordered. There was no indication or selection for what color would be shipped, so I did the next best thing to insure I would get what I wanted. Assuming that the Comment box would be read and complied with, I felt safe in completing my order.

I have found you in the past to be very attentive to the details, so I am a little surprised.

Please note above and below, I some times use capitols to emphasize a word or point.

Smart Fixx Smokeless Cigarettes Purchase Order - 473

Customer Note: "ONLY interested in the WHITE batteries for pen style."

Again, I don't mean to be rude, but I did believe that the Comment box was there for a reason. If not, you should put a disclaimer or something that states you do not read or respond to the comments that the customer enters. Or even remove the box.

I would have preferred that you contacted me prior to shipping the wrong product so I could make the final decision.

Thank you,

Gunny
======================== Response

Sorry for our error. We will reship WHITE batteries.
Thank you
Smart Fixx

Nothing bad to say here.

Now as soon as my juice gets here (I hope early next week) I will be one happy Gunny.

I submit these details as a first hand look at the way a provider handles a customer and what you might expect with similar dealings.

OK... I withdraw my, "Nothing bad to say here" comment about Smart Fixx.

Somebody please correct me if I am in error here.

Email to Smart Fixx:

7/17/08 You shipped me 2 white batteries. When they arrived, I checked them on my charger, green... good. They both failed to recharge 1st time I tried.

Today 7/24/08 I received yet another bad replacement battery. Checked it on charger... just like the other 2, green light indicating full charge, but tip did NOT flash when hooked up to charger just like the other 2.

As I understand it and have witnessed as well, when a battery is connected to the charger, it flashes to indicate it's properly connected.

Apparently you do not check the product prior to shipment.

I now have 3 useless white pen style batteries.

Now if your white batteries do not work in the same charger as the black ones, my bad.

If I get the opportunity I will attempt to return the 3 batteries to you for your examination.

DO NOT send anymore batteries!

I have another source for those in the future.

Thank you for your past service and I may still use you for cartridges,

Gunny
