How many carto's a day?

Hey guys another rousing question for everyone.

How many carto's a day would you say you vape? I would say I'm on atleast 3-4 a day of 18mg V2 Sahara. Does this seem like a lot or average or what? I was a pack a day smoker for about 5-6 years and I know that 18mg is weak compared to an analog cig but it just seems like me/my battery burns them up quickly.

I have an auto and a manual and toggle between the two, is this a bad idea? Sometimes if it starts to taste a little burnt on my auto I'll switch over to the manual and squeeze out a few more puffs. Both batteries are V2 medium sized ones. I'd say I take no more than 5 puffs at a time.

I vape on average 2-4 ml a day. I don't use cartos, and I can't remember how much a carto holds, but I think it is atleast 1ml if not a little more, so 3-4 cartos a day sounds about average.

If you are refilling your cartridges, be careful about vaping past that first hint of burnt flavor. You'll likely ruin the cartridge and need to buy a replacement.

2-3 a day for me, at the rate I'm going. I need to get some juice to refill them so I can get the most out of each one.

Right now I only use 1 and I do refills. I have the 24mg but just ordered the 18mg. I figure whatever keeps you off analogs is the best thing for you. I have no clue what is good or what is too much but I am sure someone can help you. Congrats on the switch to vaping...

I seem to recall reading that most regular sized carto's hold about 1.8 ml but you can't vape them completely.I think about 1ml of vapable juice is average.
I use Stardusts and use anywhere from 2.5 to 5ml per day. I was a large pack a day smoker.

I use a new carto about every 3 or 4 days. I refill it constantly by topping it off. On the initial fill, I use the condom method to get it thoroughly saturated. Saturation is the key to long life on a carto. You get attuned to top off time when the flavor just starts to wane a little. A few drops is all it takes and you're good for another hour or more.

The "new carto" taste only lasts about a day, but it's good for 2 or 3 more until I start to taste a little offness in the flavor. Then I break out a new one.

I use a 2.8 ml tank filled roughly twice a day a 18 mg. So somewhere around 4 - 6 ml per day. Heavy smoker for over 20 years.

Thanks a bunch guys, this has been one of the most helpful threads I've seen on here! I haven't been refilling them yet but plan on starting as soon as these carto's run out. With these recent ones, I haven't been going past 1 or 2 hits of a burnt taste because I plan on saving and refilling them. You can refill a prefilled cartomizer, correct?

Yes you can refill them, you might want to clean them first though if filling with a different flavor. Or toss them and buy empty cartos LOL

yes, you can refill a prefilled cart.I never buy blanks

I would guess I am using about 6 ml of 24 mg juice a day.

After smoking over 2 packs of Full Flavor cigs a day for 35 years I think it's to be expected.

I'll tell you one thing, I have been 100% cig free since April 23rd and that is ALL that matters to me right now. I was quite surprised regarding how easy it was to leave those cigs behind the way I did and am in no hurry to reduce my juice consumption right now.

Cartos are cheap toss them out get new ones always start with a condom and top fill then just top off... When they degrade in vapor production or ur not satisfied toss em out... Not really necessary to boil or flush or any of that... They never come back the same anyways. They are designed to be throw away. When I used cartos they would last a week a piece with heavy vaping and then I would throw em out no matter what. Vape order more dispose and keep vaping this is how our world works lol

I only use the condom method on brand new carts, I just "top off" used ones by dripping the same or a similar flavor into the empty ones.

I can do that for DAYS and don't boil/clean them. I just do that until they either stop working or the draw becomes to tight.

I pretty much agree with you on that.

I boiled about 25 one afternoon and only about 6 seemed to work well after they dried. I ended up wasting way to much juice and time testing them out and I figured why bother with cleaning them, I was best off just topping old ones off until they no longer worked and getting new ones out.

I fill my cartos about 4 times a day. I usually just re-do the condom method for refills once they seem to lose flavor or taste burnt. If it is around bedtime and I will just drip into the top instead of doing a full refill.

I go through 2 to 3ml of 24mg juice per day.

Carto: Smoktech single coil 2.0 ohm LR XL in stainless steel. These hold 1.8ml dry fill. I never vape off more than 1ml before refilling to avoid burning the filler. I get 20+ refills from each carto before the taste goes south and I toss them.

Two ways to do this.

1. Fill three cartos each day. After vaping 4-5 hours from a carto I swap it out for a filled one. I carry around filled and capped cartos.

2. Just keep one carto going at a time and carry along the 30ml juice bottle for refills.

I refill by dripping from the 30ml bottles only. Doesn't take very long, less mess and wet stuff hanging around than with condom or syringe filling.
