how long do these cartomizers last? if you take a couple of puffs for 5 seconds each so a total of 10 seconds every hour... not exact time or anything but just trying to no when the cartomizer is done...

some say about the flavor disappearing or a plastic smell,,

is it real easy to tell when they are done?

thanks sorry for asking a dumb question

I am feeling really lazy about carts. I have not wanted to keep going through all the trouble of cleaning and refilling. Although this is something that is right up my alley. It is stupid to spend extra money and time waiting for new prefilled carts to come. I really do like a new fresh prefil cart compared to filling. I guess once I get my top flavors down I will be more inclined to buy juices and fill. Till then Im just going to keep on V-a-p-i-n! ;)

About 20 carts each weekend to get me through the week. Don't have time in the evenings.

Getting another snow in OKC today which pretty much shuts us down so was sent home this morning around 11:00. Decided to catch up on my refilling since I had the extra time. Shazam... just filled 29 carts! Enough for 2 weeks for me.

BTW - also discovered I could top off my new carts before I even use them and can get from 5-10 drops in each. Let's see if this will make the new carts more consistent during their first use.

I fill about 20-30 at a time every couple of weeks. then i don't have to deal with them the rest of the time. use 1-2 per day.

I'm curious about rinsing- do you use tap or distilled water for the final rinse? Boiling makes sense in terms of cleanliness and bacteria- but I think I'll be rinsing with distilled. I made the *mistake* of reading the results of the local water testing...the list is pretty long, even if everything is in the non-toxic range.
