My backup supply is a tacklebox full of various mods, ecigs and juice collected over a year's worth of vaping. For starters I would recommend a backup battery so that you can keep two in rotation and 1 backup. An extra charger is a good idea, too, although I have not heard of many issues with the eGo chargers. At least a couple of extra atties are a must have and I would recommend 3 or 4. Finally, stock up on some juice. Over time you will probably end up with quite a number of half full bottles, but you should definitely have a spare 30ml or so on hand.

Glad to hear the PV is working for you!

My go to device at the moment is a couple eGo batteries I cycle through. I have a backup Chuck with four 18650 batteries.

I keep a minimum of 10 atomizers on hand, when I get that low I will grab 25 more and have 200ml of unflavored 48mg pg in completely topped off amber bottles along with keoke coffee flavor from lorann and 200ml straight pg, 100ml vg. Also a vial of tobacco absolute and 2 ounces of menthol crystals. If I am in a position where I am unable to purchase my standard flavors for weeks or months I use this as alternate. Its enough for quite a while.

The reason for all this is because if i run out of any of it I would be back on cigs until i could get replacements. I control my own habit now.

As to how many atties you should keep on hand, a good rule of thumb is keep one atty for each day it would take you to get replacements. Reasoning is that while they should typically last for at least several months, it is possible they could blow on day one.

Yeah I agree with Wolf get a spare battery (or maybe a passthrough so you can take it easy on your rotation batts), a couple attys and some extra juice. I would also add some cartos to make use of a PV easier when your not at home. I haven't heard of too many ego charger problems either but no a bad idea.
My back up supplies consist of 2 extra kr808 batts, 2 attys(just incase but I never use attys anymore b/c I just drip and use cartos), some cartos (for both 808 and 510), too many juices to name, 1 510 batt, and a back up bottle of juice for my favorite vapes.

Definitely have extra atty's, batts and juice on hand.

Currently, I have 2 5 volt mods 1 is a 510, the other is a 901.

My current status:

10 batts
3 chargers
4 510>901, 901>510 adapters
At least 10 atty's of each
4 drip tips
cartos
cartridges
250ml of 24mg nic juice
5 bottles of VG 16 ounces
A ton of flavors, bottles, pipettes, etc, etc.

When I go out, I carry 1 mod, 8 batts, 5 atty's, 1or 2 tips,
adaptor, 3 bottles of 15ml juice.

The parts you have should last a long time (several weeks). Make sure you have a couple weeks to a month supply of juice. As soon as one battery dies or one atty you will be on the brink of disaster. If the model you have is working for you, then be prepared to have at least one more battery and one more atty, and since you'll be making an order, double up and save on shipping. For some strange reason it seems as soon as one atty bites the dust, the second follows closely behind. No need to go overboard but stay at least one step ahead of one step to total system failure.

Get 3 to 5 attys, at least 3 batteries, two different ways to charge, plenty of juice :)

The wife and I use big battery mods that I make and have about a dozen batteries and a dozen on a slow boat at the moment. I buy cartos 50 at a time, have about 200. About 20 901 attys, 10 510 attys, 10 801 attys (you know, for just in case), and we won't talk about the juice I have in the fridge :)

I have a tackle box full too, mostly passthroughs, eliquids, attys, mods, diy stuff, etc. All stuff I purchased while trying to find out what worked for me.

Find out what works for you and stock up on the supplies you need to keep it working.

I mostly just use my little chuck and my 808 batteries with cartomizers. That's what works for me. YMMV.
