How many government agencies does it take to end the campaign against ecigs?

I'd say one, but they have to have a good reason. We haven't seen the FDA clamp down on ecigs and they aren't offering any more results of testing one way or the other. Big tobacco is joining in and they are huge contributors to government in the form of court ordered payments to the tune of billions over time. BT won't be denied the sale of ecigs and I suspect small business won't either.
