I've always loved sleeping. My whole life has been 10-12 hours=optimum, 8-9 hours=acceptable, anything below that is risky. I could sleep 4 hours or 24 and would still be tired, only difference is, I'm not as crabby after 9+ I also am a night owl, and work nights--sleep through all the beautiful days....and right now is past my bedtime!

It's the new hot thing that everyone is doing. It usually makes you have an intense crazy trip. This "Sleep" stuff will make you trip harder then shrooms. It also knocks you unconscious like a bottle of vodka, and then when it's over (or when you're done "sleeping" as the kids are calling it) you feel energized and ready to tackle the day like you're on a mild dose of adderall or something. It seems that Sleep has become an epidemic though, with billions of people across the globe "sleeping" daily - including the elderly and children as young as infants. There are only a few of us strong souls left that don't cave in to Sleep like the others have. We must make it through these dark times without caving in so that we might have a chance to intervene and get former sleep addicts to start to say "NO" to Sleep. It is estimated that "sleepers" waste 1/3 of their life because of Sleep, and thousands of automobile accidents have been attributed to Sleep. Stay Strong friend!

sounds addictive .... think i'll give it a miss waaaa

Currently getting between 4-5 on weekdays, maybe an extra hour on weekends.

Back in the days when I partied a lot, worked 11-13 hours a day, practiced with my band or played out several times a week, then went out to the bars almost every night, I averaged 1.5-3 hours a day. Sometimes when I was tired after work I would take a 1-hour nap and get fully recharged.

Those days are gone.....:rolleyes::lol:

Have you guys tried melatonin? I just ordered a years supply for 9 bucks on ebay... supposed to work really well to promote sleep.

I tried it for about a month, taking 6mg a night (which is supposedly a pretty high dose) and it didn't help me sleep at all, but it did help a little with my depression though, as melatonin is a serotonin precursor.
