the easiest thing to do is drink a lot of whiskey and vape a lot. that usually knocks me out around 4 or 5 am. my eyes get so dry i go to sleep. but i dont have to work til 5 pm so that might have something to do with it. just have to build up you tolerance to nicotine.
I worked nights for many years and if I'm not careful get a second wind about midnight and next thing I know it's going on 6 am. Once you train your body it's hard to reset that clock. Sleep well when I do lay down, just have to work my way back around to early to bed early to rise if I want to get anything done during the day or not feel so tired. Seems to be improving now that I dont have to cram one more cigarette in before I go to sleep. That last cigarette always seemed to make it hard to go to sleep, but if I didnt smoke at least part of one I'd lay in bed wanting it. Vaping is a hit it and forget it thing now. Not a constant motion from one drag to the next one cig to the next. Clearly I should go to sleep now as I'm rambling a bit.

I see a lot of people suggesting to drop down to low nic or even zero nic before bed time. But then again I heard that .........ion works as well, as long as you're not glued to your computer screen. You might wake up with dry eyes and your peter in one hand and your mouse in the other. At least you don't have to worry about burning down the house with your PV.![]()
