How many ml do you vape a day?

Probably around 3-5 ml a day. 18mg nicotine level. I should probably be down on the level by now. I did 24mg level longer than I'm proud of.

My usual quota is the following:

- VMod Silver mini @work - 4ml / 12mg (by day)
- VMod Burrel Wood when having fun / travelling - 8-10ml / 6mg (in the afternoon, evenings)
- eBaron Dripper Pro / Bulli Smoker A1 @home - 3-6ml /6-12mg (quiet late night dripping)

So my daily intake is not enormous, but I could say: "substantial" (around 10-15ml)

I'd say 1-5. Sometimes more or less. Whenever the mood strikes me, more or less. Some days I can take a single puff and I'm satisfied, others I "chain vape", so to speak. Also depends on the juice!

I will go to a lower nic level, like 18mg and see what happens.
Because I want to vape more than 2 mg, hehe.

I enjoy vaping so much that I never stop to think about how many mls I do per day. I don't want to think that hard. LOL!
Also those many with more than one device cannot accurate know since we're constantly switching up.

Throw those limits out the window & enjoy your vape!

I have 3 batteries and half a dozen tanks with different juices in them at any given time so it's a little hard to say exactly how much I vape in a day. I work from home so it's available all the time and I have some sort of attention defic - Look! Gummy Bear!!

Rough estimate on a normal day - 3 mL or less.

This post actually makes me feel a lot better. I felt like I was vaping way too much. I started vaping about 3 weeks ago and based on the levels left in my juice bottles I have consumed a total of about 10ml - 12ml. I do have to admit that I still need an analog or two during the day but I guess I'm not vaping as much as I assumed. The math says I'm vaping around 0.5ml per day. I was considering bumping up from 18ml NIC to 24 but I think maybe I just need to enjoy the vape more throughout the day (trying to get rid of those one or two analogs).

I'm one of those guys that gets bored with things really easily. All the flavors and PG/VG combos really keep me engaged.

I'm not concerned with amount, but I did notice an increase when I decided to move from 20mg nic down to 12. The local b&m suggested not changing anything for at least 30-45 days to make sure I was satisfying the nic craving. I didn't heed the advice and dropped too quickly. I'm back at 20 and have some juice at 18. My use has fallen back to about 3-4 ml per day.
