I vape way too much. Weekdays I vape 3 or 4 ml at work and then 8 or more after work. I often drain my MVP2 in an evening. On the weekends I may vape even more. I cut down to 6mg nic. Vivid dreams are my only side effect. Even if I'm not saving any $ I still don't want to go back to smoking.

3-5 ml/day, 6 mg nic

Ditto here. Maybe 8-10ml on a weekend. If am working on computer based stuff or doing assigments (as a student or marking as an instructor) I vape more. I choose 6mg and 8mg juices so I can chainvape without falling over from too much nic. Its comfortable and inexpensive and really satisfying/relaxing. I wouldn't give it up, I'm happy with it.

EDIT: I deep inhale...

I started out at 18mg (50/50, PG/VG) 3ml's per day. I decided I like to vape ALL DAY, so I decreased my nic mg's, first to 12 and now down to 6mg's, and I vape my .... off...some days 3ml and other 6ml...just depends how busy my hands are that day. I also switched to a 70% VG/30% Distilled water juice because I found thick vapor to be more satisfying to me than throat hit.

Happy Vaping!

My signal to stop is strong palpitations. Not heart racing. Just strong.
I will go to a lower nic level, like 18mg and see what happens.
Because I want to vape more than 2 mg, hehe.

Thanks again for your kind replies. Carlos.

If you're getting palpitations, cut your nic level. And steeply. Not just to 18mg. Lower. My "all day vape" mixes are 9mg. And I was a two pack a day smoker. And I like my vape. I'm prone to "chain vaping" in the evenings. You should not have palpitations. Cut way back on the nic level. It's better to go too low (and have to gradually move back up) than to be too high. If you're getting any kind of physical reaction to the nicotine, you're at way too high a level.

This post actually makes me feel a lot better. I felt like I was vaping way too much. I started vaping about 3 weeks ago and based on the levels left in my juice bottles I have consumed a total of about 10ml - 12ml. I do have to admit that I still need an analog or two during the day but I guess I'm not vaping as much as I assumed. The math says I'm vaping around 0.5ml per day. I was considering bumping up from 18ml NIC to 24 but I think maybe I just need to enjoy the vape more throughout the day (trying to get rid of those one or two analogs).

I'm one of those guys that gets bored with things really easily. All the flavors and PG/VG combos really keep me engaged.

Heh. I just moved up to a VTR (this guy) because I was burning through batteries in three to six months. The clearo holds 3ml and I know I've topped off about three times today. At least 6ml. Maybe a bit more. I think I've been burning almost 1ml an hour since I got home today.

This is one reason why I took up doing my own mixes. I can dilute down to 6 to 9mg. I was a heavy smoker. Seems to have carried over to heavy vaper. :)

I do have to admit that I still need an analog or two during the day...

Not all of us quit the first day or even the first week. I took six weeks to give up that last "oh just one". But my last two cigs were April 15th, 2013. And I haven't any interest in going back. Hence the investment in the advanced PV. Needed a more powerful device that could coast at higher power levels. My poor Joytechs couldn't take it. :)

I think maybe I just need to enjoy the vape more throughout the day...

My opinion? That's the key. The more I enjoyed vaping, the less interest I had in cigs. You have to experiment with juices and flavors and all to find the combination that works for you. It can take time. I say long as the smoking is slowing down, don't worry. Took me a while to hit the right combination. Those last two weeks before my very last cig were actually kind of funny. I'd catch myself wondering "did I smoke today at all?" and couldn't remember. I actually started to forget to smoke.

I only remember my last two because it was tax deadline day and I was in one foul mood because like an idiot, I waited for the last minute to file so I went and dug out two (somewhat stale) remaining cigs. :)

Experiment with flavors. If you have a vape shop that lets you "taste test", try some you wouldn't normally think you'd like. My current "ohmigawd" juice is a combination of hot cinnamon and a menthol cool that sounds bizarre when I try to describe it. But it is so freaking good. There ain't a cigarette on Earth that tastes that good.

Quick update on my last post. I filled my tank with some VR4 Tobacco flavor I ordered and I'm working on finishing it off right now. I assume it was about 1ml in the tank. Sense my last post I haven't even had a craving for an analog. I honestly think I wasn't vaping enough.

BTW: If you haven't tried the VR4, I highly recommend it. I chose it as my free sample when I placed an order for Mt. Dew (which is also pretty good) on vaprerite's webpage. So far this VR4 is my favorite. I've been switching flavors when I empty the tank just to keep it interesting but I really want to enjoy another tank of this before i put it back in the rotation pool.
