My husband started shortly after me, but he quit quickly for the most part. My BFF has started, and I think she told me that after I gave her a couple of my cig-alikes, he mom & mom's boyfriend are starting. I might have piqued the interest of a few other people I knew from school because of boasting about my "big ego" (hehe 1000mAh Twists) & itaste SVD on FB and when I see them in public. Not sure about those because we aren't close and don't keep in touch regularly. And a few people my husband works with started vaping after he took our cig-alikes to work. So, I've directly influence a maximum of 5 people, I believe, but I started a sort of small chain reaction. Yay me? Lol

None thus far. I've helped a half-vaper with upgrading. I've also shared a ton of knowledge with friends & acquaintances.
But recently I've had a few different friends reporting sightings in the area. 4 in one week.

Just got my cousin and her husband and my other cousin started yesterday and they are loving it!
converted my girlfriend (cigarette smoker) and my two best friends (hookah smokers)
I should add that I feel almost like i am cheating them.As the try my VV protank setup and love it. But then end up buying a cheaper setup. But two of them did end up getting ego bats with vivi nova slim tanks.
I sometimes feel like I am on a soapbox about ecigs / vaping, but I don't care. I tell anyone who will listen that I am a believer, so far.
I have tried to get 2 close friends (a husband & wife) to try ecigs / vaping. I can tell that the Mrs. is curious, but that the Mr. is very skeptical. He is a tough case. I know, though, that she is very much aware now that there is a great alternative to analogs, when she starts to FEEL them......
And so, on to the next 2......
I am sending my brother and his wife a starter kit tonight for their birthdays. My brother is also going to be a tough case (he has every comeback line and excuse, as I did, that you have EVER heard when you ask him when he's going to quit the anologs). But I can also tell that my sister-in-law is VERY curious also.
We shall see.
(Since Mama didn't raise no fool here, I will observe the situation for a while. If they are not using it, I will have them send it to me for backups......lol. I'm very much hoping that they WILL use it.)

I influenced three of my friends. Two bought variable voltage egos, and the last one got an evic.
2 of my friends and 3 coworkers so far. I get to give all the juice I don't like to a good cause.
A couple neighbors who were walking by as I was walking my dogs. Maybe two others over the last two years or so.
I have gotten 10 people to switch in a town of only 3500. one was a 3 pack a day smoker. 3 were fellow firefighter / emts and one was a "I refuse to quit" kinda guy, thanks to volcano ecigs. but I left them all behind and bought a vamo

I have gotten this nearly every day for the last two weeks. My boss calls it my "quit smoking crack pipe" No lie.

I was converted to vaping by the person I'm now trying to convert. LOL. A coworker had some nJoys at work a couple weeks ago. She's a pretty heavy smoker, but after two days she was back on the analogs. I had tried a gas station ecig about three months ago with absolutely no luck. So I started doing some research. Read a TON of things in this forum. Went through page after page of advice, youtube reviews, etc, etc. Ended up buying an ego c with ce5's kit from MFS and some juice. Two weeks and $300 later I know I'm hooked. I haven't wanted a cig since I took the first vape. I took my kit to Jazz Fest this weekend and my BFF at first was very confused by "all that gear" as she called it. By the end of two days at the Fairgrounds she was in love with the Cotton Candy flavor and wanted one for her office. I put together a simple email vaping "dictionary" with links for her to order her own setup. We'll see if she makes it.
The coworker is still trying to quit. Sometime last week she turned up with some Blu cigs and said they still weren't working. A second coworker and her have been listening to me extol the virtues of finding the right fit for them and all the fun things I've learned here in the forums. As I've ordered some new toys for myself that arrive Monday I told both of them that I would loan them each an ego battery with two clearo's of whichever juice flavor they pick and see how that works for them for a few days. That way they have the opportunity to try without the initial investment until they're sure it will work for them.
Pay it forward I say. I'm excited about the three so far, but many many many people have asked a million questions of me in the last two weeks as it was no secret that I was a smoker previously.

As of today I've been vaping for 30 days and influenced 2 best buddy to vape. All thanks to eVic! But now eVic is leaving me due to leaking tank and the juice slowly killed my beloved eVic. Anyway, Vape On!
Me too, i wished i have a good vape shop.
About 3 friends helped me to stop smoking cigarettes and about 1 month into vaping.
