fourth gal from my [not-vaping] forum ordering tonight. one had vaped before--janty--but gave up due to 'fiddle-factor'. other three are smokers. man oh man i hope they like it. :D but all of them know what a chimney i was and just the fact that i've cut down so much was a selling point. :D so who have you gotten on board with V4L?

Last night I took my new VK over to my boyfriends house. I think both him and his brother may be interested. I left one of my batteries and carts with my boyfriend to try. Right now he really wants to quit smoking at work for the inconvenice and the smell factor. I think I am going to ordr him a kit with my next order. His brother may want to start too. I hope so.

Quite a few at work, with at least 2 of them placing an order so far. I still go down to the smoking area at work (as do the 6-8 other vapers at the office). They see me whipping out a bright yellow carto (pear) or a bright pink carto (peach) and just vape away. While they unscrew a bottle, drip drip, vape a bit, rinse, repeat.

I guess I used to be a little uneasy about the non-cigarette-looking colors of the cartos, but now I kind of consider it a badge of honor. Changing flavors on the go, not to mention the ability to vape for most of the day without even thinking of refilling. It's a perfect opportunity to point people in the direction that helped me. I wasn't in their shoes for long with the whole dripping and whatnot, but it was long enough to have a common experience to share with them.

On that note - did smoking areas always smell that bad? It took about 3-4 days to truly 'appreciate' the aroma I'd catch every few minutes from hanging out down there. Wow...the things that can happen in such a short time.

More people than i could try to count..... people always think im tryna 'sell it to them' but all im doing is trying to explain how much better vaping is than smoking... they think it's a silly gimmick at first till they see it working in front of them.

LOL same here! People always think I'm a salesmen for them. It goes to show how excited, and how much we believe in the product.:D

Same here...I have about 5 full kits out on loan right now. I've loaned them each out a few times. I just ask people to use it and see if it's for them, then order their own and give me back the kit (minus the used carto's) so I can loan it out again. A few have ordered that I know of and a couple quit smoking then quit vaping then gave them back. I need to stop giving everyone so many cartos and liquid...lol...but I'm just glad they're off the analogs. The others I'm proud of for just trying but guess this just isn't for everyone. I should just loan out the old ones but end up giving everyone the new ones and use the old ones myself. I have more flavors I don't like but "just in case" someone else likes that flavor, I have it around for them. I've always been a "walking salesman" for anything I truly believe in...most of my close friends are used to it and ignore me but when it comes time to finding the "best" of just about anything, I'm the one they come to ;)

On Christmas day my Daughter-in-law & my oldest Daughter (both smokers of course) ... were here. I have 2 auto & 1 manual bats, I got them all out and carts for them to switch out and try.

Both fell in love with it and are planning to get one ASAP! I talked to my Niece in FL and gave her the V4L web site and this forum link. I really hope she decides to give it a try .. she needs it the most of all! ;)

I am still working on the Hubby but he said when I get the tobacco carts in he will give it an honest try. He doesn't appreciate the flavored carts I use.

My youngest Daughter has never been a smoker and she was delighted to hear I had quit analogs for over 2 weeks now. She had been after me for YEARS to stop. (she be a health nut)

I carry the business cards with me that were sent with my orders. Everyone can see how impressed and excited I am about my new habit.
I'm sure they must think I am getting a commission from V4L to hear me talk about it.

Sooo let's see .... 4 and counting?

Such great stories! I have two batts on loan to to friends at work, hope they like them. Everyone that knows how much i used to love to smoke are truly happy for me.My daughter [who is also a health nut] is thrilled that I don't smell of cigs anymore! She had me give a V4L card out to her neighbor that smokes....
Looks like a lot of us are spreading the word!

that's me exactly. not so much because i am a 'salesman' but i obsessively research anything i have an interest in. ;)

seeing my mom today... she smokes even more than i did. i know she won't be too excited about flavored carts but i'm hoping to at least *intrigue* her, and will prob end up ordering her a PT and a set of tobacco sampler carts as a surprise later if she seems even the slightest bit interested.
