Don't know how you could measure this. Are you referring just to the KR8? I don't know about cartomizers. Still waiting on the mail for mine. Different model e-cigs use the juice at different rates. A HV mod really goes through some juice. With the mini cigs (901,510,801) I use probably 5 or 6ml a day. My 601pipe is a is 6ml+ a day. The Xhaler drinks the juice at probably 10ml or more a day. If you decide to go by puffs, each one gives off a different volume of vapor per puff so some are more satisfying thus less puffs. The nic level per individual tolerance would make a difference too. Too high a nic level and you get satisfied quicker so less puffing. Too low a nic level and you puff constantly so more puffing. Flavor would make a difference too. Some flavors you just tolerate while other flavor, you just can't get enough of. Didn't mean to write a book. Hope this helps.

According to previous definitions I would say I'm a light to medium vaper overall.

I vape 2mL/day. 1mL 36mg and 1mL 8mg. Avg = *22*mg/mL

I chain vape whenever I'm by the comp so I keep the lower nic carts on the PT.

Puffs I don't think would be fair. I don't vape much away from the comp but use the higher nic carts for this reason.

Even when smoking cigarettes I tend to take very long deep puffs while my boyfriend takes about half the time during a puff meaning he takes twice the amount of puffs on the same size and brand of cigarette as I do.

That is pretty much why "puffs" can never be an accurate estimate or measurement. I use about 2 full cartomizers a day, sometimes even more if I'm using my PT alot but that is because the PT burns through juice faster.

I think its easier to do it by carts per day if your talking about heavy vaping. I am doing 4-6 carts a day 18mg depending on how much I'm at my computer.

I've seen this bandied about by others, so I'm not targeting you specifically, but...

Ok - so is 6 carts/day "heavy vaping"? Is that 6 carts at your 18? Or 6 carts at 36? Or 6 carts at 0? Or 6 carts at 100? (_insert funeral dirge. Please don't try this_) Or 6 carts at 11? Or six carts at... ???

And is that six carts with a huge lung-filling draw? Or six carts without even inhaling? Or six carts drawn lightly into the mouth and then inhaled?

Is that six carts for someone like me that's up and working 21hrs a day? Or six carts for someone that is only up 10hrs/day? Or six carts for someone that is up 15hrs/day?

Is that six carts for someone that works in a cleanroom 12hrs/day and can't bring in outside _anything_, or is that six carts for someone that is stay-at-home and sits in front of their computer 16hrs/day?

Is that six carts on a fresh battery? Six carts on a weak battery? Six carts on a 6v mod? Six carts on a PT @ 5v? Six carts starting on a fresh battery, bringing it down to dead, switching batteries and starting again?

Is that six warm carts, six cold carts, six carts at standardized "room temp"?

Is that six new carts, six refilled carts, six pre-filled carts, six pre-filled-then-refilled carts?

Is that six carts of exactly 1ml each, or six carts of only 0.5ml each, or three carts of 1ml, two carts of 0.5ml, and one cart of 0.8927ml?

I've put a pretty fine point on this, but the idea is to just underscore how meaningless trying to treat the question with such simplicity is. With this approach, the only "correct" answer that I can see is: "whatever you want it to be", or maybe "one more diggleflip more than your diggleflipping?"

Other than to address responses directly to this, I'm going to leave the topic alone now. Clearly, I've said my piece and I'm happy enough to leave it be now. Thanks for reading. :)

i know there's lots of fine points and specifics and it is really difficult to pinpoint exactly how much is too much. If you feel sick or light headed or get a headache your probably vaping too much or too strong of a nic lvl. I say do what feels good for you and your body and don't worry about what other people think especially when it coms to personal tolerance for things.
