I vape approx. 3 ml/day on average.

Edited to add: I vape anywhere from 11 mg to 24 mg depending on time of day and stress level.

Are you not afraid of health problems? I vaped before 4-5 ml a day, but Im down to 3 ml a day. Couldn't verify it but I felt that 5-6 was too extreme and could eventually make me sick. i thought I was overboard. The FdA says FDA: E-Cigarettes Bad, but Not Banned
July 22, 2009 - The FDA today warned Americans not to use electronic cigarettes -- but did not ban the sale of the smoke-free devices.
The FDA has clearly said e cigs are bad.. But I hope they are better then real cigs I was smoking.. still no real test have been done.

BestLion:No I am not afraid of health problems from 3 ml/day....I smoked 3 packs of cigs a day-Now THAT scared me. I believe you are mistaken that no real tests have been done though. See the links below for more updated information. Most recent studies show e-cigs to be a safer (if not totally safe) alternative to smoking. Nothing in an e-cig that we don't already get in fresh vegies, lipstick, cake mixes etc. All the ingredients are FDA approved. Nicotine is approved for patches and other NRT products. Nicotine can be harmful in large doses and for those with medical conditions affected adversely by it. Some medical conditions are helped by the use of nicotine. Check out some of the information available on these threads and specifically by CASAA.
