Hi Frank... I've been an on-again-off-again vaper for a couple of years now. I don't have anything against e-cigs in general, I just need to have the money to try different setups since I have yet to find one that is right for me. I know when I first start vaping that I will vape constantly, I think it's normal because you aren't getting as much nicotine as you used to. Don't worry about cutting back until you feel like it, and you will eventually feel like it; for me it's kind of like bumming a full flavor cigarette from a friend after I've been smoking lights, and having that feeling every time I vape.... For you, it might be different, but you'll know when it's time to cut back or lower your nicotine dose.
My advice to you: Trust yourself and don't over-think it. You'll eventually get the drag-hold-blow method that works for you down, you'll start getting all the nicotine you can from vaping, and you'll find that you can set your e-cig down for a little longer than what you did before. It's a new process, it takes some getting used to, cut yourself some slack, and enjoy learning the process.
