After reading your post Bunglega it reminded me of how difficult it is to not want analogs when I'm having a couple drinks. I find it's the most difficult part for me.
What a great reason to quit drinking too!

I know what you're saying though. I used to drink like a fish and smoking was a must when I was. It's actually one of the reasons I got hooked so bad. For the longest time I would only smoke when I was drinking but since I was drinking all the time I was also smoking all the time. At 29 I gave up the sauce but by that time I was smoking 2 packs a day....it was much more difficult to quit than drinking was.

Usually it's 2-3ml so you're about right on track. Later on, maybe after a year, I highly suggest moving down to 18mg and then set a timeline to bring it down to 0mg eventually if you can. After you get it down to 0mg there will no longer be any reason to keep vaping at all other than a psychological addiction. It is then that you can more easily quit vaping altogether and start living life as a normal person no longer addicted to nicotine. Now before someone starts naysaying me just remember that a non-smoker, non-vaper is as healthy as you can be. That is the goal we should all be striving for.

I'm not going to naysay you, that certainly is my goal. However, once you find some good juice it sure makes it harder to think about giving it up entirely, even if at 0 mg.
