Hi all, still have not went back to analogs since i started
vaping last Tuesday! yeah...

But here's a question that really concerns me because I am thinking im using too much nic juice. I have 10 ml bottle and have used roughly around 1/4th of it in 3 days... does that seem excessive or not? It's the 18 mg if that helps. Oh and I top off my cartridge 3 or 4 drops every few hours or so... not sure if that is right either but let me know either way. Thanks everyone
Good question. After more than a month of vaping (and no 'occasional' analogs now for over a week), I'm still feeling my way with the 'how much is enough' question. Vaping is so pleasurable (much more so than analogs IMO) that I'm wary of over doing it. Especially on days off, when I have unlimited access to my computer and a usb passthrough, I tend to indulge way more than I might have with analogs (especially since I never smoked in my home).
It's hard to tell how much nicotine we're absorbing. It depends on the nic strength of the juice, for sure, but I think other factors are involved as well. I've heard that (given the same nicotine content) less nicotine is absorbed through vaping than through analogs.
The bottom line, I think, is that you really have to pay attention to your own body. If you start getting TOO buzzed, lightheaded, foggy, etc, then you need to either taper off or switch to low (or zero) nic juice for a while. I keep a bottle of low nicotine juice with me at all times. I have a bottle of pure PG and will be looking into ways to cut my juice further because sometimes, even the low juice feels like it's too much.
Anyway, I think it's an excellent topic for discussion and I'd be interested in hearing from others. How did you figure out your set point and did you also have concerns about vaping too much?
