I haven't bought one yet, still waiting on my paycheck, and as soon as that happens it will be a tossup between an e GO or a Rough stack. and yes I have searched these questions up on the forums but haven't found satisfactory answers.
Question one: How much nicotine is in one puff of a PV if there is even a way to calculate it at all?

Question two: How many hits do you take during a vaping session?

I dont smoke that much. But, I do want to take about 10 or so drags( Because the main reason I smoke is for the TH) without burning through huge ammounts of liquid as I want to save money. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it :D

not sure how acurate this is... but i just found it with google

nicotine per cigarette divided by the amount of drags

0.3 mg cigarette = 0.3 / 15 drags = 0.02 mg per drag

0.6 mg cigarette = 0.6 / 15 drags = 0.04 mg per drag

0.9 mg cigarette = 0.9 / 15 drags = 0.06 mg per drag

1.2 mg cigarette = 1.2 / 15 drags = 0.08 mg per drag

1.5 mg cigarette = 1.5 / 15 drags = 0.10 mg per drag

1.8 mg cigarette = 1.8 / 15 drags = 0.12 mg per drag

e cig
High = 16 mg per ml 16 * 0.08 / 15 drags = 0.09 mg per drag
Medium = 11 mg per ml 11 * 0.08 / 15 drags = 0.06 mg per drag
Low = 6 mg per ml 6 * 0.08 / 15 drags = 0.03 mg per drag

What strength nicotine do I use?

I'm sorry I don't think that post is accurate. If it was it means that in 1 ml, there is 15 drags.. It also means that every 15 drags a vapor takes they are inhaling the nic streangth on the bottle. So even if you bought an 8mg bottle, you'd be smoking 8 mg of nic every 15 puffs, while many vaporor's puff hundred of hits a day. Which means they would practically be overdosing on nic. I think you get more drags off of 1ml or juice. I could b wrong. My suggestion for a first timer is to buy a 0mg and a 24mg. Try the 24mg for a few drags and wait a few minutes.. You'll know if that is too much nic for you by then.. If it is mix the bottle and you'll be down to a 12mg. If that's too much you'll need more 0mg of the same flavor, and mix it again to get a 6mg if you want. I tried 24mg for my first vaping sesh, and I got buzzed off my mind.. MAKE SURE to buy a 0mg of the same flavor, so you can mix it f it's too much for you. GL! :)

It's really challenging to calculate this considering we don't know for sure what the absorption rate of the nicotine when vaping. I've read anywhere from 10% to 40%, but that's a pretty large disparity.

The information about the nicotine intake for cigarettes is correct, but ecigs definitely need more conclusive studies done. I believe that a cigarette has roughly 10 mg of nicotine, but we take in about 1 mg when we smoke it. I'm pretty sure we're not taking in 100% of the nicotine in the e-juice.

Over my weekend I pretty much have my ProVari with some kind of Tank loaded with 50/50 18mg/mL Cinnamon Mist, in my hand constantly. I was a chain cigarette smoker. (At least 2.5 packs a day, neigh onto 52 years). Now, I'm pretty much a chain vaper. Only times I'm not vaping I'm sleeping, eating, or showering. Rest the time I'm a suckin on the ole "Teta Firma". Much of the time, 3 hits a minute. I go thourgh 5 to 6 mL of juice a day. When I first started vaping I was using 24 mg/mL. So, I guess that amount of that strength juice is about equal to 2.5 packs of tobacco cigs. JMHO

Cheers,
