Great video about our government and how our politicians could care less about the vapors health but care ONLY about extracting MONEY out of our pockets through excise taxes and sin taxes exactly what they have done to the analog business. When you go to your local B&M, ask them if they are a member of CASAA and ask them to join and become advocates to stop the wave of taxation on ecig products including gear and juice. If they don't, they will be taxed out of business and your precious 30mls bottle of juice will eventually cost you $50.00 and more. Join CASAA and study the Calls To Action in your area and get INVOLVED. Our greatest voice is with our VOTING POWER and to vote out these greedy politicians inventing these laws and trying to put them on the books. Get out the VOTE on calls to action in your area.

I'm so ...... right now. I just saw a segment on e cigs on fox news and I couldn't believe the false untrue lies spouted by Sunday house call and the quack doctors up there. I mean damn where is fair and balanced at? I wonder if bill orielly and the"no spin zone" would provide the facts since he's all about only reporting on the facts. I'd like for him to put his money where his mouth is and actually do some honest freaking reporting. They say more teens are vaping... You damn right they are... instead of smoking. Where are the facts about how many smokers have switch to Vape? Where are the facts about how much in lost sales and tax revenue that the BT and BG are losing and the financial strain its put on our blotted fat cat greedy no good politicians that can't wait to reach further your pocket to make theirs fatter. Of course you know they know how to "spend your money better than you do". I swear they are all crooked...republicans and democrats alike! I might as well go back to the smoking cause its obvious the way we are heading vaping is going to more expensive and less enjoyable than the damn cancer sticks. Better wake up people cause the next thing for them to get their hands on is this thing we love so much...our voice in a one sided world..the internet. How we gonna like those apples?

Will you pay this much?
Default New Mexico Call to Action to oppose damaging tax on e-liquid
URGENT - New Mexico Call to Action to oppose damaging tax on e-liquid

SB 65would impose a massive tax on e-liquid and cartridges of 4 cents per mg of nicotine contained in the product. At first glance, this may not sound like much, but it would double or triple the cost of most vapor products in New Mexico.

This bill will be heard in the Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee TODAY (2/18/15) at 2:00PM (MST).

Taxation under SB 65

30 ml bottle, 3.6% (36 mg/ml) - $43.20
30 ml bottle, 2.4% (24 mg/ml) - $28.80
30 ml bottle, 1.8% (18 mg/ml) - $21.60
30 ml bottle, 1.2% (12 mg/ml) - $14.40
30 ml bottle, 0.6% (6 mg/ml) - $7.20

Please take action now to oppose this attack on vapor products!

Call to Action: CASAA: New Mexico Call to Action: Take Action NOW to oppose a damaging tax on e-liquid

Im kinda surprized that alot of vape stores arent more involved-they should really be mentionning the threat and need to get involved to each customer (obviously I dont mean to hassle customers with a long militant speech but I feel a short mention should be made along with maybe giving out an informative flyer)! After all the vape shops stand to lose big time if all these restrictions do go through!

From what I see over here in my Western European country there havent been much/any efforts to push the vaping public into actively fighting the future Euro regulations/sign the petitions, beyond a stack of flyers on the extreme end of the counter -most B&M stores dont even have that!

And yet.... I find that most vapers quickly become very interested and concerned-should I say " shocked & worried"- once you talk to them about it and explain the whole situation to them!

Unfortunately, the general majority still appears to be very UN-informed ("... WHAT ???? ?oh NOooo. They COULDNT do that...This is a free country etc. etc. they cant stop me from vaping if i choose to etc. etc... ") and there will be a rude awakening someday .... :(

Even if we didn't vote for the dufus' in power, tell each and every one of them you did and that you, along with all your friends and family will not do it again if they do not take a stand and be vocal against this
obviously flawed approach to sin tax a healthier alternative.

Smokers procrastinate, us vapers need to kick that habit too. Great vids and posts op. Bump. Cheers.

PS. Write a letter in word once and send a copy to "everyone". Then do it again, I will.

I don't have the patience to sit through more than 10 minutes of video. 6 is a stretch. I don't need you to be my best friend, long loud intros... just get to the point. But that's just me.
So no, I didn't watch it. I figure my time is better spent .....ing at my legislators.

I don't intend to pay much more than I have been paying. I'm stocked, and I will continue to stockpile if the community doesn't quit whining and get busy to fight this crap. Talking smack here does nothing. Write your legislators and let them know who they work for, and how you feel.

Talking smack here does two things: 1) it helps to get our frustrations out with people that commiserate with us 2) those that have no clue what is going on, since they are new to vaping, finally see what is going on.

If no purpose was served with these types of threads, they wouldn't exist.

Patience grasshopper ;)
