I quit smoking and started vaping, quit vaping at least a year gap here---and returned to smoking(serious life trauma) then returned to vaping.

all the while i had cigarette cravings now and then. they did lessen over time but i know many people who quit smoking and even 10 years later get a random urge.

BTW i vaped a few puffs while typing this one too LOL

I drip 7 or 8 drops, then vape until it is mostly gone... set it down for 20 or 30 minutes.. repeat

in the mornings or after meals, I might chain vape for a bit

When I am computing I vape pretty constantly, working I vape when handy, if I go to town I might go a few hrs without vaping. I love to vape so when I can I do about 3 mls a day. I don't really time between hits. Am going to do some gardening now so mightn't vape for an hr. However, I might become overwhelmed by the weeds and venture inside to cheer myself up and have a vape!!

Seriously, do u find that? I do love to vape simply because I do it inside and it don't smell, so I do vape more than ... but do want to get the nic down a bit. Hummmm might have to bring the content down a bit. Can never work out whether I am getting more or cutting it down!! Oh well, N.Y.'s resolution: Research old habit and compare intake with Vaping and adapt accordingly!!!

This one varies a lot for me. I LOVE to chain vape. I work at home so... I vape non stop unless I am cleaning or something like that. However I do not chain vape all the time. If I am out of my faves which I am at the moment. And nothing is really striking my fancy. I have many really good juices... but I long for my faves... and well I don't vape as much because of that. When I get my juice in and my new sample and my new equipment I will be pounding through the juice again. Today was a 1.6ml day. And I can easily do 5-6ml on a day with new toys new juices and my faves as my standard. Which reminds me. My new fave kinda blows out other flavors. So I need to order my old standby which is a much mellower juice so that can can taste test my other incoming juices. I am going to be in vape heaven in about 2 weeks! lol

chain vaper here Unless i have company or am out shopping or something. I used to sleep with my battery but I stopped that. I go through 5 to 8 ml a day. Thankfully I make my own juice.

im the same way. i vape a lot more in the morning while drinkin coffee

I vape more often than I smoked cigs, but unlike cigs, I now have the freedom to take 2-3 puffs and take a break, instead of 10 puffs to finish a stinky.

I vape constantly. But I'm pretty sure that if I had things I needed to do and wasactive at something that I could quit for all day if I had too. It's happened a few times and it wasn't a problem. I wouldn't want to sit still somewhere and not be able to vape though.
