So I just ordered the Triton starter kit from Halo. I was using a Halo G6 and loved it, so much better than cigs! Yet, there was a small dislike in that at the end of a carto, the taste would change, either from resonation or over use ect. This is why I choose a clearomizer tank? did I write that right? no more polyfill. So that was just the per-cursor to my question...

1) What is an indication that I need to replace the wick/coil?
2) how many refills should I get on each wick? I know that juice and usage, pull duration ect will affect this, but just a rough estimation will do.
3) So other than the Halo wicks, of which only one is offered, are there any other options that may work as well, are these called mods?

First, the Triton tank is a Kanger T2 with slightly different threading. Any Kanger T2 will fit on a Triton battery but will leave a slight gap (1/4 inch or so).

Any T2 replacement coil will fit on a Triton tank...here is the cheapest place I know to buy them...

Now to answer your questions. How long do coils last ... depends on what kind of juice you use, and how much you vape. I use unflavored or light fruit juices and vape about 6 mil per day. I go 6-7 days or 35-40 mil before changing. I can clean them easily and dry burn them for another go.

My wife uses dark tobacco juice and vapes about 4 mil per day. She also gets 6-7 days so 25-30 mil. Her coils are really gunked up by then and take some serious soaking to clean. Sometimes I just trash them.

How do you tell...well that will so become second nature. Quantity of vapor drops off, or it starts leaking or gurgling a lot, or starts getting in your mouth. Remember that when the coil gets coated with gunk, it starts not vaporizing the juice as well.

interesting, the ones from your site are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the ones from the Halo site. Is this due to quality of product? in looking at replacement cartos, the price variance was not nearly as high? also, what is that resistance factor that is offered?

I use 1.8 ohm and they come in a Kanger box properly packaged...I've also purchased them at litecigusa and discountvapors depending on who has them in stock...almost anywhere is cheaper than Halo.
