How safe do you think this battery is?

My unicorn bottle wasn't sealed correctly at the removable spout part(my fault while filling it last I'm sure) and while dripping it burst all over my mod and atty. I cleaned it off and took off the battery panel to find the inside covered in juice, cleaned that, and wiped down my batteries, but the one is stained(I have two others next to it so the stain is noticeable), would this effect my batterys safety?

It's barely noticeable, but it's the one on the far right.

It happens, one of my VTC5s has had juice in the wrapper for going on two years without any issue.

You could rewrap it if it would make you feel better.

Thanks, I did notice some juice stuck in the wrap and I had no idea what to make of it, I figured better safe than sorry.

I get that on all my batteries from treating them with deoxit gold.

Probably not an issue. Most of my VTC's do that. I ended up re-wrapping a few of them just for piece of mind. It's really easy to do and the wrappers are really cheap. Check em out here:
