How the heck does this work!?!?

My husband and I just cannot figure it out! We both have eGo passthroughs, and a
J-Tank (black) 5ml Dual Coil Cartomizer tank System from iVape. Neither of us can figure out how the heck we are supposed to put it together! Did we maybe get the wrong type of tank?
Is there any tutorials out there specifically for ego passthrough and carto maintenence?

Maybe I should say we are using boge cartos? Idk if that is important to know or not?

Did you get slotted or pre-punched cartos to go with the tank? Here's a tutorial on how to slot cartos.

Little advanced for first timers. Did you get a syringe? It's the easiest way to fill the tanks. Are the cartos pre punched? If they are. there will be a couple little holes on either side of the Boge cartomizers. If not, you can drip right into the cartomizers to fill them up and vape them outside the tanks for now. Drip down the sides into the filler-rotating as you go, and avoid the center post. Takes about 20 drips.

No, I dont have a syringe, Scared to go asking for some! hahaha! Idk if they are prepunched, how would I? Above the treads on my carto's are 2 small, very small holes, is that it? And ya, that, the dripping, is what we have been doing, but since we smoke so much, its still too often, imo, to be refilling.
