How to become an official tester?

I heard about this over a year ago.........when is it suppose to start?
It's bad enough that I get NO vape mail on Sundays.

Well if your using USPS you can forget priority mail, there switching delivery to Mon, Wed, Fri only soon.

There really isn't a place to be a tester........the vendors just usually send their products to ecf vets, or loyal customers to test......At least this is what I think.

How do you get to be an offical tester of any of the Companies or of ECF..guess I have missed a thread somewhere? Could someone post it.
