How to build an extension post coil?

Hey guys, just wanted to pop a question. Can anyone show me a video or pictures of how to build an extension post build? I find it difficult wrapping my coil around the posts. I may be doing it wrong.

You need either NR wire or 20/18awg wire to make the post extensions!
