Hi, how do i cancel my order?, i made an order #300040079 yesterday from the UK site for a tank that said it was in stock, after paying i contacted them via the chat to ask about changing the colour options and was told they were all out of stock?, i need the tank asap and cant afford to wait till it back in stock even though its listed as being so.
Being a .uk site i assumed it was a UK based company but its obviously based in China, should have researched this beforehand tbf.
Tried contacting them via the chat that is supposedly available (GMT+8) 8.30-5.30pm and its now 11.15 am and there still unavailable, also sent an email that hasnt got a response, the order is still processing so want to cancel the order asap?, can i get some help please
