How to clean a vivi nova atomizer in a deployed enviroment?

Hi all, The title says it all. I am deployed and have a Vivi Nova (which I love). I dont have access to vodka to clean the atomizers. I was wondering if I could just submerge the atomizers in a water bottle for a day, and let them dry. I am not sure if this would work, but I am sure that someone here on ECF will be able to help me out.

I take mine to the cadilac and run the hottest water I can handle over it then rinse it with bottled water.
They don't sell isopropyl alcohol at the BX where I'm at, so hot water form the caddy and bottled water is the best that I could come up with. Then I let it dry in paper towels while I sleep.

It seems to be working so far.

I personally find that just rinsing the excess juice off with water, preferably warm, and dry burning works just fine. If you have juice that burns onto the coil and creates a crust you may have to pick at it a little with something and do the procedure a couple times. If you have the time and extra heads to get you by, then yes, you could just leave them dry for a day after rinsing(but still do a short dry burn before reusing.) Dry burning is the key to a like new atty.

The rule is that I have to "vape" in a designated tobacco use area. But my supervision is cool and lets me vape in my office and I stealth vape on the aircraft.

Nice...I can vape in the office as long as we don't have customers. Oh, and as long as I am not vaping something that leaves an offensive odor :/
