I suggest looking at the Suppliers Forum here

You didn't say what type of atty you were looking for, so its hard to pick a vendor, and different vendors will have sales on various attys. LitecigUSA is having a 10% off everything sale right now, and their prices are good and service excellent.
I clean my Joye 510 attys (only ones I have) by putting them in a small mug, covering with hot water, and adding a polydent overnight denture cleaning tablet. Let sit with occasional swirling for about 12 hours, then flush them with hot water thoroughly, shake excess water off and let them air dry for a day (or dry them in a 250 deg oven for 30 min). Dry burn 5 second bursts until coil glows brightly within a second or two, check resistance (old ones will gradually increase resistance, dead ones will show random or zero ohms on a meter).
I cleaned with vodka in the beginning too, but I found they tended to die faster. Might have been chance, but I've had far better results with the polydent. Many others here do this as well. Best method I have found.
