how to clean those clear things you put the liquid in, please!

is there a place on this website (I have looked but probably not well enough) where it might tell step by step how to clean those "clear things you put the liquid in" (I called them "cartos" at my B&M where i bought em, saying I wanted another one and he said they aren't cartos, so I have no idea what they are called :-(

The brand name is Kanger Protank II and the other ones say on the box: BCC Mega Clear Cartomizer (also some mini).

I would prefer like step 1, remove from battery (lol) type instructions "for the Dummy". I believe there are also some youtube videos I have seen mentioned from time to time.

They are getting hard to draw on after a week or so. And I am only guessing they need "cleaning" :-(

I'm sure that I could walk you through it....I rebuild all my Clearo's, but HERE is a pretty good walkthrough. She is generally easy to understand and goes slower than some of the other videos out there. If that one is not to your liking, do a youtube search for another....there's plenty
