How to construct an e-cigarette at home?

I watched a google video the other day called the 2 pound (as in british money) torch mod. The dude essentially made a GG from an led flashlight and some spare wires and batteries but the video wasn't very detailed... does anyone have more detailed information?

if you're a 901 user, you can have a 4aa box mod up and running within an hour of getting home from radio shack, only specialty piece is the atomizer.
