There is thread about sending emails letters or fax to NYS legislators. A couple of those posts have links to a free internet fax service.
I use a mac but I'm pretty sure you can send a fax from any computer. Maybe someone else can show intel users how to do it.
On a mac go to the file menu on the top and left of your screen.
Select print.
In the print dialog window click and hold PDF. It will be on the left hand corner on the bottom of Print dialog box.
Click on fax PDF.
A new dialog box will open write in the fax No. and other info and click on fax.
