How to fill a 510 cart/ eating juice sucks

I have found that you shouldn't put more than 6-8 drops in a cart. When I started I would fill the cart untill it looked soggy. This led to my eating the juice which is nasty and it would come out the other end where the atty connects to the battery. Also when a cart is that full it seems like the atty can't work properly. It cant atomize the liquid because there is to much juice. I tell you there isn't much worse than pitiful hits and eating the juice. So I followed the instructions I found on several videos and less is most certainly more with vapeing. Now I get big plumes I haven't eaten any juice in quite some time. Life is good. So if you are having problems here is what I do. I start with a freshly cleaned cart (i use hot tap water and a q-tip) I install pillow stuffing other wise know as poly fill (there are plenty videos on line to show you how to do this) then I put about 8 drops of juice in the cart and one or two in the atty. I vape like that until the vapor starts to get weak and then I only put two more drops in the cart and maybe one in the atty. Use this cart until it starts to shrink away from the atty. If your batting doesn't touch the atty properly then you will begin to get the burnt taste. When this happens you know that its time to clean your cart and put some fresh batting. The way to know if you have the proper amount of juice is if your batting looks almost dry. Not sopping wet. I hope this helps some one. Eating juice isn't any fun.

you know you probably are right because from what I know about dripping I am kind of dripping with a cart. I am new and just figuring it out for myself. I think I ate about 15ml of juice or more before I figured out what I know now.And I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I appreciate your response though and I probably will eventually drip.

Yeah, like Brad said. I used to end up putting a couple of drop on the cart to "top it off"... so I decided to just drip it in the atty instead as everyone suggested. Works well. Drip tips are the next step. They just avoid having to remove the cart all the time.

Edit: P.S.

2-3 drops, vape, 2-3 drops, vape.....

Pulling the cart off each time is a pain... but it's a good way to try it out. Then, if you like dripping, you can upgrade to the drip tips.
