I'm not sure on the proper condom method, I've never done it. I'm not sure how pushing juice up the airflow channel works...unless these are structured differently than regular carts. In regular carts, the airflow goes along side/around the section that holds the juice and filler material.

I don't have a syringe to try using a needle.

Are there any other or better ways?

Also, somewhere I read to condom fill until juice comes out of the top of the atty. Is that going to flood the atty/is that bad? Juice will get into where the atty meets the battery, is that bad?

Just put about 20-22 drops into one of the plastic "condoms", and slowly push the carto into it, thread side down.

The juice will flow up thru the center and soak the filler around it (if you pop the soft cap off the top, you will see this happening).

Then slowly pull the condom off (LOL, this is sounding very personal...), then stick a paper towel over the threads and blow the excess juice out into the paper towel, and you should be good to go.

You should be fine, because the Ego is a sealed or protected battery. The juice touching it won't kill your battery.

Yep, you push the juice up thru the atty (threaded) side.

Then you blow thru the mouthpiece, sending the excess juice out thru the atty (threaded) side.

NMA, once you've filled it, you can just add top the top when it starts dropping in flavor (take off the soft cap). Also, lots of people just drip 10-12 drops into the top, let sit 1/2 hour, and drip 10-12 more drops in, and then let it sit. In all cases, blow through to the threaded end to clear any juice.

I just pop the white cap out and drip onto the filler. Of course the thicker the juice the longer it takes. I usually drip around 27-30 drops. Tilt the carto so that the juice runs down the side, and not into the middle hole. The carto's do seem to fill faster on subsequent refills after the first fill. With thicker juices, I sometimes have to drip a few drops then take something and kind of poke the filler to get it to soak in. The need for this goes away after a few top offs.

Yep, I forgot to mention that you don't have to do the "condom method" every time you refill - only the first time you fill a carto. Just like mlinky said, you can pop the cap off the top and drip onto the filler when the filler starts to look dry.
