How to fill Joye 510 cartomizers?

There is a hole on each end and one on each side of the threading. Where do I fill it with a syringe? How many cc's do they hold? Thanks!

Here you go...

I don't know if 2.5ml is accurate, as mine generally hold 1ml for the regular size. I fill them over my juice bottle so I don't lose too much juice from over filling.
