I have not.

To be honest I've been out of the Nautilus game for some time. Biggest reason being the coils sucked. When I heard some good clones were out I thought I had found them.

I will say the VW coils work well. Ohms are spot on.

Cisco coils must use ceramic or something??

They are made like the old AV Cisco spec HH.357 coils, with a small silica wick...

Honestly, airy, amazing flavor and not subohm...I think you'll have to rebuild.
Bingo, there's no way around it for flavor pinnacle.

If you do wanna try those 510-t's there's a trick to them that wlll make them more suited to a slight lung hit. After you fall in love with them and wanna make them better:
Take a spear pointed knife to the tiny airholes in the screwed base not the 510 pin, carefully twist it it and widen them as much as you can. Blow them out with compressed air thru the 510 mouth piece if you access to any or rinse them with water to get the shavings out. If you rinse with water you can dry them by time on something hottish or placing in a sheet balled up of aluminum foil in a skillet on low for about 8 mins. Be careful they are uber hot after you do that do not let them get close to the skillets base or the paint will peel, use the ball of foil as bedding but it wont harm the internals they have silica and a pek plastic in them almost indestructible.. If you try to dry burn it will take forever and may pop the coil I popped a few doing that so i stopped and did the rudimentary stove top oven method when cleaning... They last about a month apiece unless you use a heavy gunking joos.. I had some last longer but its about a month avg..

I take them apart after they are toast and make welded coils for them and give them to my son after modding they are uber awesome as I use ss mesh silica hybrid wicks @ 1.5ohm and those last well haven't had one go bad in over two years lol but the silica goes to glass like stiff but they still make great taste and lil cloud chaser vapor, just not as good as 1st 9 months lol.. There's more i do to them but I have loads of old school pieces i use for that. that you would need if to duplicate.. whoa uber run on sentences lol..

Have you tried bumping up the PG levels..... VG tends to mute flavor.

Hard to make a suggestion because you want MAX flavor. But are limiting suggestion to a range a devices that provide MINIMUM flavor.

I would recomend a Kayfun running at 1-1.5ohms running at 10-15 watts, or a geni tank like a SAT22. Can't recommend a dripper, have yet to find one that beats either of the tanks for flavor. Basically something with a tight airpath and small but not restricted chamber.

I noticed a difference in flavor from max vg to 50/50 but much after that any more pg and the throat hit just kills me. If I have to rebuild then what guage wire, how many wraps, and what ID (use mm please) should I use? How about a squape rba? It looks easy to build on and seems to have good flavor from reviews.

Have you tried wicking with Koh Gen Do ?

you could also try Rayon also known as Cellucotton. wicks faster, doesn't get brown I believe, and I've heard flavor is far cleaner then cotton o.o". I find it hard to get great flavor on anything. RTA, RDA's. tanks. for me the issue is mainly the juice. high pg to carry the flavor. with some juices that I know carry flavor it gets drowned out on my RDA versus a tank where as some are WAY better on my RDA/RTA's. I would say your best bet maybe start DIY and work your magic.

I have restricted air flow and all that and it's still the same with the same juices. I've tried unicorn blood by fusion vapor which I KNOW has amazing flavor but on my RDA is lacks tastes like flavored water imo with very little flavor. I've also tried Carnage by anml and Stryker juices they have good flavor in my tanks/rta but RDA wise it seems to lack more. I'm sub ohming usually run nothing but 2 coils at 0.5 or under rarely do I go above 0.6ohms unless I screwed up my coils by using the wrong screw driver.

Don't have a squape, or know much about them. But they are simular, to a kayfun in design. I'd build it in the 1-1.5ohm range (plus/minus 1 wrap), on a 2-3mm ID. Wire and wraps, gonna depend on how hot I want the coil to be and how fast I want it to get hot and how long I want it to take to cool. My preference for flavor is to use smaller wire and run parallel or twisted wire coils. 2x32 instead of 29, 2x31 for 28, 2x30 or 3x32 for 27 ect.

FWIW, I vape Unregulated below 1.2ohm and with a kick in my Mod for 1.2ohm and up. I tend to target my vape at 10-15watts. Don't like carrying a pocket full of batteries , so I rarely build below .8ohm.

Geez I build a coil about every 3 months for my A7s. Maybe I should switch to something a little easier. pfft-pfft

If you want good flavor, you just might need to do a little work.

IMO this is the best flavor chaser out there, just put your name on the waiting list.

Thanks for the info. I like a warm to hot, dense vape. I usually build micro coils using 28g, 10-12 wraps on a 1.4mm screwdriver ohming out to about 1.2-1.5. So I should try 2x31? What ID for this and how many wraps would you say?

I might try rayon instead of cotton after this comment and reading a bit on it.

I drive a couple Squape Rs's, clone and authentic.

If you go clone get the SXK brand. They look and perform exactly the same as the authentic.

I can't stand much PG in my juice. Like vaping kerosene. Sore dry scratchy thoat and very poor flavor.

So I run high VG.And low nic. To me high nic juice is always a poor choice for flavor. Zero nic juice is where the flavor is but I don't do that personally. So some nic harshness is the price I pay.

    Sooooooooooooooooo,

One Squape is on the Provari with the W deck at 1.4Ω. With 6mg juice this is a very mild vape. Even with high VG not much cloud which is a important part of my quitting smoking. But I don't need the cloud everytime. And the flavor is good. Because of the low nic this won't get me through the day (yet) but high nic tastes digusting in this rig. Very nice around the house maintance vape.

The other Square is on the SX Mini with the D (dual coils) deck at .5Ω. At 25w this is a flavor monster. Same juice out of the same bottle but the flavor on this setup is many many times more intense then the other. The high hit off this rig is all I could ever need (more in fact hence the other ride). The clouds off this are plenty to scratch my itch.

    Both are wicked with rayon.

Building on a Squape could not possibly be easier. Coiling and wicking are just stupid simple. The Squape has become where I do all new builds. I can start with a nice vape, rip it out, build a nickelbuild, rip it out, do a titanium, rip it out and three more all in seconds. I've never had a Squape build go bad. In fact I'm not even sure how one could go bad.

Filling them is the weakest link. Just gotta soldier through that part.
