Sorry for the misinformation to OP. Although i stated I didn't have this rta, in my mind I was thinking of the doggy instead of the engine. All the info I was giving was me thinking it was a mtl rta....

Actually some of your advice was spot on depending how you build Nano.

I use a .5 ohm 26 awg ss spaced coil in the nano. 2.5 mm diameter. Centered over air flow and very close to it. Use temperature control but set the upper wattage at 19W.

I get plenty of vapor and flavor.
I hardly use anything under 3mm coil, but yeah I did move the 2.5mm down a bit when rewicking. Forgot about that, been awhile.

Hi @Beamslider This thread is from Dec but I’m having the same issue w muted flavor on the engine nano.

In your reply you mention centering the coil “over air flow and very close to it”. Are you referring to the larger front air hole on the side of the metal sleeve/tank piece? Thanks

The holes are offset on the posts. Wind the coil counter clockwise to get the leads on opposite sides of the coil. Then the coil should be centered in the chamber and centered between the two post holes. This will get it closer to the air flow which is on top of the tank and allow air flow all around the coil

Thanks! I’ll give that a try today.
