LOL, It was obviously too long, :?) That was along time ago, back when I was vaping "High Brow" juice, that stuff had actual floaties in it, ha ,ha. Now a days it seems if there`s just a smidgen of crust forming on the coil I can taste it. Really depends on the coil diameter, and the airflow, and what juice is going through it. I just know by taste now that it needs to be changed. As soon as the taste goes from Yummy to hmm,,,,,,,, kinda tasting like fresh asphalt.
depends on the juice Im using... my DIYNETs requires a wick change after 1 day, HHVs juice can go 2 weeks...
Like others have said, I change my wicks when flavor or performance begins to degrade. That can be anywhere from every day to once every few days. It really all depends on the e-liquid, power levels, and consumption rate.
Every three to four days for me.
I don't use tanks at all; RDAs exclusively, and I use Cotton Bacon exclusively. It seems to stand up to the high heat better than anything else (imo of course) and just lasts forever.

Once a week, but I really should change it twice a week. Sometimes the wicks look nasty when I get my lazy self motivated enough to rewick.
