How to get throat hit with 100% VG?

I'm new to vaping, but I've ordered only dekang from fasttech (100% PG) and some stuff from HHV (100% VG). I've found that PG dries me out and is not so pleasant to wake up to, but VG is nice. However, 100% VG makes it hard to taste. I've been told that menthol and nicotine can add to throat hit? About how much?

Let's say 100% PG has a TH rating of 10 and 100% VG with no menthol or nicotine is a 1. How would you rate other additives to increase the TH of 100% VG? I understand this is all really subjective, but I'd just like an idea for my next order

From my experience, only 2 things will give you a good TH.

1. PG
2. High Nicotine

So if you're going for pure 100% VG, I would recommend to get a high dosage of nicotine.

how high would the nicotine have to be for the equivalent of say, a 50/50 pg/vg mix?

1.8 or 2.4. You might get it with 1.2. I just asked a similar question in a thread only a few minutes ago. Nicotine definitely has a lot to do with throat hit.

I increase wattage for a warmer vape and add menthol. Increasing nicotine doesn't do it for me.
