How to keep a room from fogging so much?

The family doesn't like me fogging up the room. They even claim that the vapor is coming out of my room and into the hallway with my door closed. It is very possible. The weather is getting colder and the vapor seems to stick around longer.

I don't want to give up my dripping at home so I am thinking of trying some sort of air cleaner thing to help. Have you guys tried this? I turned the vacuum cleaner on and it seemed to work.

Wouldn't it be less noisy to turn a fan on? Just point it away from you, keep it on low, it should move the air around enough to dissipate the 'fog'.

Maybe give that a try?

I use a fan. It works just fine. moving air dissipates the vapor just fine.
'course this just demonstrates that vapor does NOT dissipate in seconds at all times

If you want to keep the air in your room fresh as well as suck in the vapor, try a standing air purifier in your room.

Install a bathroom exhaust fan in the room you vape in.
You'll need the following materials: rigid insulation for the window; a dryer vent hood that remains shut when the fan is not in use; flexible dryer hose; an adapter if your exhaust fan has a 3" outlet; some zip ties and/or duct tape; and some sealant, e.g., caulking material, to fill in the gaps after you install the fan.
You'll also need an electrical cord with the wires exposed on one side.

Switch to a higher PG ratio liquid for when you are at home. That'll produce less vapor.

A fan is all you need, even turning on a ceiling fan will help a lot.

If you want to produce zero vapor on an exhale and really really amuse yourself I suggest you find a "smoke buddy" - these are specifically designed for covertly smoking indoors and the part that is really amusing(at least to me) is that no matter how big of a cloud you can muster this little smoke buddy will eat it right up and spit NOTHING but air out of the other side, it's almost borderline witchcraft/magic. You exhale directly in to it, I'm not sure how much vaping it can take because it wasn't designed for it but it's pretty amazing that it can eat HUGE clouds and zero vapor/smoke comes out the other side.

Holmes and Honeywell make good air cleaners, I actually own one of each. The problem is that to efficiently clean the room you have to turn them up. That's a problem if you're watching Tv, or just like it quiet. Also, when the filter clogs up they smell funky. They do a great job though at the higher speeds.

I say the same as InTheShade -- less VG, more PG. My own is at least 80% PG, and the vapor dissipates VERY rapidly. It doesn't even fog up the truck cab in our pickup, a MUCH smaller space.

The trick is learning the proper way to exhale. This video is for smoking a stinky but it is the same for vaping.



Notice how she barely exhales any smoke. What you really need to watch is the breathing. Slow shallow breaths to release the vapor a little bit at a time. Or just get a fan, that works too.

I do have a ceiling fan that constantly runs. The rooms in our house are small and everything seems to gravitate to the living room. If you light a candle in the bedrooms you can smell it in the living room. I will practice holding it in and the towel under the door trick. Those seem the simplest solutions.

A small bladed desk fan works very well. Fans that supposedly don't disturb papers and stuff aren't what you're looking for. You want choppy air, old school style fans that break it up due to turbulence.

I tried installing a bathroom fan or an exhaust fan and it didn't really work. The smoke did't even go near the fan. Seeing how the smoke stays down, I removed the exhaust fan from the ceiling and installed it on the wall close to the floor and my vape room is now clear of smoke.

I live in an RV with my OH and two big dogs, so I feel your pain. We have to keep humidity under 70%, so we keep a rotating fan (this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/Bionaire-Remote-Control-Power-Fan-Black/34109037 the front screen rotates) on almost all the time, in addition to the fan from the a/c. When there is no airflow, it sure gets hazy.

I just use my ceiling fan. That seems to work pretty well. It doesn't make it all go away but it does get most of it to dissipate. Or when I'm stealth vaping I'll hold the vapor in longer and then blow it out through my shirt. Get some Discreet brand juice. Discreet Liquid - E-Liquid

Wow that's actually really cool. I could see using that at home but out in public people would probably think it's a grenade. I wish I knew about this when I was younger and I was participating in "extracurricular activites", if you're pickin up what I'm puttin down.
