How to know if you are vaping too much?

I've always chain vaped since I quit smoking I started at 18mg but by the end of the day my ears would ring or I would have the shakes. So I went down to 12. If you don't feel any symptoms then you should be fine
If you're getting to much nic you won't feel well. It could manifest in a number of ways, like having headaches or feeling nauseous. You should notice if you're getting to much nic.
You can vape too much, but don't worry about it too much. Your body will let you know you're hitting your limit. You will start to get a little light headed and if you keep going maybe a headache.
Everyone is different, but the average around here is around 3ml a day. I use anywhere from 3-6ml for what its worth.
Bottom line: Listen to your bodies signs and you'll be fine.

Absolutely. You can overdose and end up in the hospital. Just like with any other substance, legal or not.
Your body will send you plenty of warning--increased heart rate, dizziness, sweating, palpitations, nausea...
Most people vape somewhere between 2-6 ml a day. 18 is high(ish) for me, but for many it's just right or even low. Depends on own tolerance. Were you a heavy smoker? If you like to chain vape, lower your nic strength to 12 or thereabouts.
I'm not a "taste" vaper--I vape to get my nic fix, mostly; my juices are bland and clear and clean. I even like to vape unflavored. Your body will let you know how much it needs, eventually.

I was a 10 to 15 cig a day smoker and started at 24mg nicotine (by advice) and it would give me nausea sometimes and the shakes. 18mg was much better. I'm vaping mostly 12mg now and although I vape more it doesn't give me those issues.
I am a Vaporholic and I don't have a problem. I run 12mg during the day and in the evening I chose to go with 0mg so I can relax and puff away. You will figure out. Good luck Happy vaping.
I would say the purity of the juice is more important than how much you vape.
I stay in a country where vaping is banned and I can only self carry juice from overseas. My biggest concern will be the fake e juice that is in the market. You never know how pure those juice is.

No symptoms that I am aware of. Been vaping for 5 days still have 1/3 of original 15ml bottle plus I had a few tanks of some old juice. So sounds like I'm not vaping too much. I think the tanks hold 1.7ml.
Will probably buy some lower mg bottles to mix with the 18mg I got coming.
Did not think it would be so easy to stop cigs. Also, did not think the darn things would last more than a few days. My previous 801 DSE's did not produce well then the coils stopped then the batteries.
Not really enough vapor production to be successful quitting. But seems things have changed for the better five years later.

I bought a 15ml bottle a month ago with 24mg and im down to maybe a few drops. My plan is to lower the nicotine content every month until Im down to 0. Usually I only fill my tank once before work and that will last me all day.
I was concerned about getting too much nicotine because I definitely chain vape sometimes, and I didn't want to worry about it, so when I started making my own e-liquids (nothing fancy yet, just making straight flavors). I made up a bunch of super low-nic liquids at around 3 mg so I can vape away madly without fretting. I have 12 mg, 9 mg, and my "diet" 3 mg, so I can pick and choose, depending on what I need / want.
I'm going through at least 5-7mL of 24mg a day. I have to stay away from honey dew and watermelon or I could easily go through it even quicker.

If you are getting too much nicotine you might start to look/ feel like this?
