I see both sides here, as a long time customer perhaps a phone call was in order and may have resulted in a different outcome. Them, I can see they just can't take back any juice (most vendors won't) so they can check it, it may have been mislabeled folks do make mistakes. I would chalk it up to a mistake pay a few bucks and send it back, you most likely would have been given a few goodies to cover the expense. Finding a juice you really like is hard enough and to order that much of it you must like it. But in the end you have to choose what to do. Sorry this happened to you.

IMO you should send it back but not before you have a store credit in your account for the amount of shipping. I feel your totally in the RIGHT!!

I would have liked to send it back but at this point I'm afraid they would accuse me of swapping the juice or something.
I'm just moving on, no flavor is that good.

I like the part about "causing drama on the forums" if they had handled things a little diffrently from the start this would have never made the forums. Its one thing to tick off a new customer but to tick off a loyal customer who has spent the kind of money Tim has makes me shake my head.
