How to make USB Passthrough?

So any thoughts on how I can calibrate this thing, or is the answer to that "buy a better one?" My old analog meter had a calibration wheel for resistance.

Just remember that it'll read high. I'm not sure how you'd go about getting a meter calibrated - mine gets sent to the cal lab regularly as part of the job.
