They have Needle Caps at VaporAlley No Bottles, just the caps
They come with the little covers for the end of the needle.
I just picked up some as I've just moved into carto's, and figured there may come a time I would need one.
You have your choice of 4 different colors.

unscrew the cap... without taking the cap off, pop it to the side, the dripper tip should come right off. to put the tip back on i just leave it in the screw cap, line it up to the top of the bottle, apply a slight amount of pressure, and start screwing the cap back on... pop! tip is back on.

This is a great method. I read it on here somewhere and it works like a champ. No mess on your hands either.
