Hey guys, My echo battery has unfortunately. decided to die on me.

I think i dropped it and something somewhere just came off on the inside.
Is there any chance to salvage it?

I've got 2 from a dude, but with 1 now, its becoming super epic inconvenient.
T_T. Please advise how to save my battery.

Is there a way to rip it open to change/fix something?

PS: Anyone got lobang or stuff to let out? PM me!

In foreign language but this guy rocks as his video is clear and superb. For my ego battery the wire soldering to top centre post disconnected. It's a freaking pain in the ... to solder it back. Centre pin die die don't wanna solder. So I just slid the wire in between the centre post. No shorting will occur as the centre post got this inner plastic gasket.... While doing that, the wire disconnected to the main chipboard.. The wires are fragile. Soldering that was quite easy. If uc video till finish, he shows u soldering to bottom end cap as well. That area also tends to disconnect as many people reported. My guess is: if u press button and see light, then the bottom cap wiring still intact, so that means only wire disconnected to top centre post. That was my problem initially.. Worst part: if u press button no light, then u need to open all parts to check bottom end cap soldering connection. Solder as in video. For the video, this guy is replacing his main boardchip (PCB) as it ain't working anymore. Good luck soldering bro.

argh, i looked at the video & found out how to dismantle the battery.. then as one of the member here stated, it was a thin wire that lost its connection to the top of the 510 connection. the wire is so damn short. wtf. i don't even know how to solder.. T_T.. GG battery. RIP.

Any bro wanna take a stab at this? haha.. sad arh.. my battery.. 1300Mah somemore.

The wire is very thin and short. It is also not easy to solder the wires to the 510 connection. To little space for the soldering tip and for your eyes to peer into it.I failed miserably trying it.

BroZ, the trick to solder the top centre 510 connection post is to slowly pull out the centre post 1st.

Take a minus screwdriver and slowly go around the centre post and lever it out. When it's out, it looks like a metal pin thing. Now more room and easier to solder mahhh..

As I said previously, when I tried to solder wire to centre post, it die die don't wanna stick. So in the end I just cut the wire to expose more wiring, then slide the exposed wiring in around the centre post. Don't worry, my guess/bet the small plastic gasket surrounding the centre post will be a good insulator. Won't short it.

All the best
