Cartomizers tend to hold about 1 -1.5 ml of liquid - this is pretty small and seems to be a good size, and shouldn't be much to worry about consuming.
Some people get double-strength and double-flavored e-juice and cut it with VG or PG themselves to save money.

im using an Ego C twist with a ego-c 650m twist battery i think is what its called. for the carto, idk it was one hole and one coil its literaly like one day old
would getting double strength or flavored juice last longer? if you cut it yourself?
Shouldn't need to change it after a day, how much juice did you Vape through? Was it starting to burn or just lose taste
Don't worry about the juice usage, just make sure you keep the carto well supplied and wet. As soon as it tastes burnt - it's over and you can throw it away. They do not recover.
It's perfectly possible to cut the liquid with pg or vg, but it dilutes the flavour and the strength of course. A better option may be to make your own - it does not have to be wildly complicated.

well today i started at like 8 or 9 and i used like 20% of my tank, before i changed it that 20% would last me like all day and im not worried about it i just cant get whenever so i like to conserve it is all the carto is fine still taste great just using lots of juice is all

the one hole you mention isn't on the side is it? that would be a carto for a tank system and your juice may be coming out of that
I do the DIY as I go through 6-8-10 ml per day and it is much more cost effective (got my pg and vg off of amazon and everything else from RTS Vapes DIY E-Cig Supplies & E-Cigarette Liquid | Make Your Own E-Liquid | RTS Vapes ) - 2000 mah 18650 lasts about 6 hours in my vamo and I walk around with ego twists
yeah the whole is on the side of the cartomizer it just bubbles like alot more then my last one, idk if thats good it might be

I would say you shouldn't be looking to save juice but use it more efficiently.
Mainly try not to overfill your devices. Others could include, not getting your best juices out in front of friends lol.
