Hello, the other day I put my my 1.8ohm on a VW mod and tryed to use it at 10W, yeah burn taste. Then I tryed to clean it, dry burn it, not working so well, so I came out with this new methode, well, new to me, if it is already posted, forgive my double post.
Here it is, I have this extra long wick T2, it has 2 wicks, one go accrose the resistance coil, the other one is freely posed on the last one. Remove the head, remove the rubber protection, now you can completely remove that free wick with no problem, put it under hot water and clean it thoroughly, next you pull very slowly and carefully the other wick to one side so the part covered by resistance gets out (Do not let the wick come completely off the resistance coil, it will be very very hard to put it back). Now you should be able to see that part is kind of scorched, put that part under hot water and clean it untill you see no more black thing on it. Dry every piece with paper toll then leave them over night. After all this, put everything back and you just saved your burn taste T2 head.
It works very well for me, hope it helps other T2 lovers.
