How to set Ohms and Wraps for Parallel dual coils?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build my first parallel dual coil out of curiosity.

So I headed over to steam-engine and ohm calculator and plugged in the following:

Is this the correct amount of wraps for this build or am I doing it wrong?

Yup, you did it right. 7 wraps on a 3mm pin will give you very close to 0.6 ohms.

You just have to ask yourself whether you want the coils to be that cool?????? Is this for a MTL draw? then the 108 Heatflux might be ok. But you might want warmer for an airy draw. To get warmer you'll either lower the OHM or use smaller wire.

I find the battery drain tab easier to use for OHMS Law work.

you could just use the regular calculator and put quad coil instead of dual coil
