Searching for another eGo Twist battery I'm running into what I consider a problem. A lot of the sites selling them do not explicitly say "these are a genuine joyetech product" or something of the like. Even if they refer to joyetech in the description indirectly, I am still wary if they do not directly say the above statement.

How do you tell the real from no not so real product?

I am new to this and found that quite a few places sell knockoffs.... Had to return a few already that we're advertised as joyetech and upon receiving them they were knockoffs.... I even had the vender tell me they were joyetech and that joyetech sometimes forget to place there logo on them....that was strike one.... Same vender ordered SMOKTECH atomizers and stardust vision ce4.... Not one of them had the trademarks on them... Strike 1-2-3... Sent them an email that I thought there practice was fraudulent ... And returned them....Money refunded on all products including shipping..

Like everyone else said...with the Joyetech brand printed toward the bottom of the battery. I order all of my Joye/eGo batteries from CigNot.com . Vicki is so great to work with, crazy fast shipping. (and she has a lot of the different color options, which is a big plus for me) :)

I love Vicky, love CigNot. While her prices don't fluctuate much, and she remains at the median as far as pricing, her gear is always genuine and the service is absolutely stellar. I think every eGo battery I have I've bought from her. Exceptional vendor, in my mind. AND the invoices. The invoices! Always a cute little pen drawing and a note of some sort.

Joyetech will add logos for vendors that order in large enough quantities, so whether or not it has a Joye logo is not definitive proof that they are genuine. Cignot is a good example of that.

Here is a list of legitimate vendors directly from the Joyetech site:

Scroll down to the "OEM Business partners".
