How to track orders online? (with pictures)

They can't control anything about the order after it's been shipped.

I order quite a bit from HC, always EMS, always arrives.

obviously they cant do anything about it once they ship it,
but they need faster shipping options.

It might be in US and maybe in customs. Track and confirm does not always update timely. If not inspected by customs, you will usually get the package the day or two after it shows up as getting to USA on track and confirm, usps.com. If you read their shipping terms, you'll get a better idea of what to expect. Good luck! I never have any problems with delays unless during Chinese New Year.

we can send orders excluding ejuice via DHL. normally it takes 3-4 days to reach customs in the USA.

the shipping cost via dhl is very expensive.

if you leave a comment about dhl when you place a new order, we will contact with you about extra payment.
