Coming from a spinner like yourself, satisfactory would be the best way to put it in my opinion.

One thing I did when I ordered my 78mm was also order a high nicotine level ejuice to fill the cartomizers. I was vaping 24/7 on 24mg so I wanted some stronger anyways so I got some 36mg. I'm glad I got it for the cartos as a side effect. It gave them a stronger throat hit like I was used to with the spinner and since I vape less often now my batteries are lasting longer then with the 24mg prefilled ones I had.

A lot of it depends on what you have your spinner set at and what juice delivery system you use.

If you have your spinner set high, you will notice a big difference but if you're like me and keep it between 3.6 and 4,3, you won't notice a big difference. Also, use ce3 or nanos with the 78mm and you'll get more vapor than using a carto

After a year, I still use my 78mm on the road and spinners at home.
