I guess this means I'm outta control!

Each drawer is labeled as to the type (Tobacco, Menthols, Fruits, Beverage/Coffee and Misc.). I'm the Martha Stewart of vaping organization. LOL
You actually group your coffee and beverage flavors together?
Sounds to me like you need another drawer.
:)

I don't use nicotine so I don't have to worry about that.
My kids are grown so the only time I have to worry about kids is when my granddaughter comes to visit. She live in another state so I have plenty of notice, so that is not a problem.
I keep my extras in my bedroom in a drawer, and the stuff I use on a day-to-day basis, I put in a storage area in the coffee table.

I use a range box for extras and keep items in current use in a drawer of my desk. The PV I'm using that day is usually on my sesk, the table, the nightstand, wherever but, I don't have kids at home and, when the grandkids visit, everything except the PV I'm using is in the range box and locked, with my PV in my hand or pocket - samas analogs, you wouldn't let a toddler get those and eat them so, don't let them get your PV either.

Meet my vaping box. I call her Beatrice. I keep her on my kitchen counter, out of reach of my kitty.

In the top comparment, I have a small container of alcohol for soaking atties, and a tray filled with atties, carts, and cartos I am using. It also stores charged batts. In the two cubbies behind that are cartos for washing or filling.

Below that is juice. Below that, tools for DIY, cleaning stuff, etc. Below that, DIY juice mixing stuff, nic juice, flavoring, PG/VG, etc.

On the side is my count of my supplies, which I update periodically. And on the back (can't be seen) is a color code chart for my juices, because I mark my cart(o)s with small colored rubber bands to indicate flavor.

I have the short term memory of a fly, and this is what it takes for me to remain moderately organized.

I still have various e-cig crap on my counter, and the sill under my window fan is the designated drying spot for stuff I've cleaned.

And I need a bigger box soon.

Obsessed? Noooo...

Had to take back my 4 drawer roll around cart from my daughter lol.

Bianca, do you worry about the heat on top of the fridge? Mine gets warm up there so I figured I shouldn't keep any liquid there.

I keep the big bottles of nic in a dark closet, high shelf cause my granddaughter is here a lot and she is so curious.

A cool dry dark place like Elindil is the correct way to store your juice, however I will say that lately I have been keeping just my daily vape in the fridge since the bottle will be gone in that week. I'm doing this as an experiment only and have to say my juice seems to taste a bit better like this, I dont know if its the cold that is keeping it fresher or what but the cool dark place has always been fine and is whats recommended but the fridge is making my juice never have that little bit of that sour taste you sometimes get
